The location to the Convention center and the free cheap alcohol hh every day and rooftop pool. The beach area is about a block away and some great restaurant's close.

the location of the hotel is good. It is convenient to the beach but not on the beach. Very busy Collins ave so expect traffic, and noise. There was not much else that I liked at this property and would not recommend it to someone i didn't like.
